Pulp Boy, LLC Membership, or Partnership, is limited to a private offering to both Accredited and Sophisticated investors (by the definitions outlined by the Securities Exchange Commission), and is not available to the general public.

Pulp Boy, LLC Members or their representatives should contact the Board of Managers directly according to protocols outlined in the Operating Agreement.
